DOIDEP Sets 2 World Records: A Mark of Vietnamese Tea Culture at World T.E.A Fest 2025

On 26 September 2026, DOIDEP received 2 World Records from WorldKings for the synchronised performance of 1,111 tea maidens and the participation of 88 Miss Cosmo representatives at World T.E.A Fest 2025.
On 26 September 2026, at the 55th Vietnam Record Holders Reunion held in Ho Chi Minh City, the DOIDEP brand was presented with 2 World Records by the World Record Union (WorldKings) in recognition of the way the brand promotes Vietnamese tea culture to the world while connecting international visitors. Both records were set at World T.E.A Fest 2025: one for the synchronised performance of 1,111 tea maidens and one for the 88 Miss Cosmo representatives who took part in the festival.
The First Record: 1,111 Tea Maidens Perform Viet Tra Thuc in Unison
On the morning of 30 November 2025, at the Thuy Ngoc Tea Farm in Bao Loc, 1,111 tea maidens performed the tea-brewing and tea-offering ritual in the Viet Tra Thuc style. Their synchronised formation, movements and costumes created a striking scene amid the tea hills.

The performance was recognised as the tea-brewing ritual performance with the largest number of simultaneous participants. Through performing arts, DOIDEP honours the refined beauty and serene spirit of Vietnamese tea culture.
The Second Record: 88 Miss Cosmo Representatives Join the Tea Festival
The second record recognises World T.E.A Fest 2025 as the tea festival with the largest number of beauty queens and Miss Cosmo beauty representatives taking part in the world.

88 representatives from 74 countries and territories took part in the festival's key activities. Their presence connected Vietnamese tea culture with international exchange, carrying the story of tea to many communities.
From Records to a Journey of Spreading Vietnamese Tea
The two World Records recognise the cultural promotion activities at the festival. For DOIDEP, this is a milestone combining tea with performing arts, experiences and international exchange.
These activities open up a development direction linking tea culture with products, tourism and the exploration of Lam Dong's tea regions. Visitors can learn the story of the tea plant, enjoy the art of tea brewing and experience local identity.
Vietnamese Tea – A Bridge Connecting the Five Continents
From 1,111 tea maidens to 88 Miss Cosmo beauty representatives, World T.E.A Fest 2025 created two milestones pointing towards one value: spreading Vietnamese tea culture. These records recognise DOIDEP's efforts while opening up opportunities for tea to connect people, cultures and the land of Lam Dong with friends across the five continents.
