Ngoc Thien Chi Tea Collection
Ngoc Thien Chi – “a precious jewel bestowed by heaven and earth” – is Doi Dep’s signature trio: Nguyen Vi, Hao Ky and Huong Sa. Each is fermented a step further than the last: Nguyen Vi keeps the leaf’s true taste and a natural milky aroma, Hao Ky is fermented more deeply for notes of lightly ripened fruit, and Huong Sa is a deeply fermented black tea rested without air for a soft, gentle tartness. Together they keep you company through the whole day: Nguyen Vi after an early breakfast, Hao Ky after lunch, and Huong Sa for a quiet late afternoon or evening.

Golden Oolong (Hoang Tra)
Hoang Tra is Doi Dep’s semi-fermented oolong line – fermented to around 50%, with some teas heat-refined to about 60% – giving a golden liquor reminiscent of an imperial robe. It is the brand’s largest family, and every name tells a story: the spring fragrance of Xuan Nhat, the nutty depth of Ngoc Trac, the gentle smoke of Bat Thu Dong Phong and the gardenia notes of Dai Hoang Bao. Nguyen Vi and Hao Ky also belong to this line and are presented in the Ngoc Thien Chi collection.

Golden Oolong (Hoang Tra)

Xuan Nhat Tea
The fresh floral breath of first spring buds, from a rare Lam Dong cultivar; round on the palate, with only the faintest astringency.

Ngoc Trac Tea
Fresh-nut aroma, bean-like depth and a clean sweetness from the thick-leaved Thuy Ngoc cultivar – true to the saying that jade must be carved to shine.

Bat Thu Dong Phong
“Unafraid of the winter wind”: a heat-refined oolong with a light smoky note that keeps its natural freshness – gentle, yet full of character.

Dai Hoang Bao
Gleaming gold like an imperial robe, with a striking gardenia fragrance; withered without heat by a house method, it grows more layered with time.

Nhat Vi Oolong Tea
An oolong from Doi Dep’s Hoang Tra line, semi-fermented for a golden cup – a graceful choice for tea shared with family and friends.

Tinh Tuyen Oolong Tea
An oolong from Doi Dep’s Hoang Tra line, semi-fermented for a golden cup – a thoughtful way to welcome guests.

Black Tea (Hong Tra)
Hong Tra – known in the West as black tea – is Doi Dep’s deeply fermented line, where the transformation of the leaf is carefully guided to draw out the natural sweetness of the leaf itself. Phong Mat offers a natural honey-like sweetness, rich and rounded; Tam Thanh My Nhan is purer and more delicate, a tribute to a woman’s inner beauty. Huong Sa, a black tea rested without air for a soft tartness, is presented in the Ngoc Thien Chi collection.

Black Tea (Hong Tra)

Phong Mat Tea
A deeply fermented black tea with a natural honey-like aroma and sweetness, rich and rounded – a cup for any hour of the day.

Tam Thanh My Nhan
A black tea honoring the beauty of a pure-hearted woman: a clean, gentle sweetness and an elegant, clear cup, softer than Phong Mat.

Green Tea (Luc Tra)
Luc Tra is Doi Dep’s green tea, fermented below 20% to preserve the leaf’s color, chlorophyll and fresh floral, grassy aroma. Unlike many green teas with a strong toasted-rice note and pronounced bitterness, Doi Dep’s artisans tame the astringency for a clean cup with a sweet finish. Huong Phu Ngoa Dinh (twisted leaf) and Bich Thuy Hoan Nguyen (rolled leaf) are best enjoyed fresh, as green tea readily absorbs moisture and loses its lively fragrance.

Huong Phu Ngoa Dinh
“Fragrance that rises beyond the clay pot”: a minimally fermented green tea with bright floral, grassy notes and a clean, sweet finish.

Bich Thuy Hoan Nguyen
Rolled leaves unfurl back to their first green; a clear cup, bold floral aroma, light astringency and a round, sweet finish. Best enjoyed fresh.

Dark Tea (Hac Tra)
Among the five tea colors Doi Dep works with – green, red, golden, white and dark – Hac Tra is the dark tea. Hoang Ty Nhat Minh is processed under deep anaerobic conditions to develop its signature GABA; the art lies in keeping GABA’s natural sourness clean rather than sharp, so the cup stays fragrant and easy to drink. Its name carries the idea that a settled stomach brings a clear mind – a tea for today’s demanding pace of life.

Teaware Gallery
In Vietnamese tea culture, teaware is part of the ritual: a teapot that holds the heat, small cups that show off the colour of the brew, and trays, pitchers and strainers that set the slow rhythm of each round. At Nha May Che 1927, clay and porcelain tea sets and cast-iron kettles sit on wooden shelves and tea tables, inviting visitors to linger over their glazes and motifs.
