At the International Tea Festival - Hue 2025, the Doi Dep Tea brand made a strong impression on international friends through its creative approach, helping Vietnamese tea culture rise amid a heritage setting.

The International Tea Festival - Hue, themed “Connecting the Essence of Vietnamese Tea in the Rhythm of Hue's Heritage Life” , took place from 10 to 12 December at Truong Sanh Palace in the Hue Imperial City. This was also the first time an international tea festival had been held in a heritage city, and it became the centerpiece of Hue National Tourism Year 2025. The event brought together more than 24 domestic tea businesses as well as international tea houses, and is expected to lay an important foundation for an annual event with cultural, artistic and tourism depth, helping to affirm Hue's position as a "festival city" and to promote the image of a heritage city in renewal.
Within this colorful picture, the Doi Dep Tea brand stood out as a special highlight. Not only accompanying the event as Diamond Sponsor, Doi Dep also brought fresh value to the festival thanks to its deep understanding of local culture and its broad vision for the art of Vietnamese tea in the new era.
One of the most anticipated moments was the appearance of the Doi Dep tea maidens at the opening ceremony. Dressed in traditional ao dai, the Doi Dep tea maidens performed the "Ngu Tra Hoang Cung" ritual (the Hue Royal Court Tea Ritual), a scene that became a vivid slice between past and present, taking visitors on an emotional journey steeped in the spirit of Hue.

The next highlight of the festival was a panel discussion on the theme “Tea in the Flow of Culture and Creativity”, featuring Mr. Pham Cong Tuan Ha – researcher and brand development expert of Doi Dep Tea. During the discussion, he shared the journey of turning Doi Dep Tea into a model that bridges traditional tea-enjoyment styles and a creative contemporary lifestyle. His insightful analyses of tea culture in young people's lives, the Tea & Wellness trend and the potential for Vietnamese tea to become a national cultural symbol drew strong interest from attendees.

Rounding out the tea culture experience at the festival, Doi Dep also developed two unique tea spaces: Ngu Thuc Dai, where visitors could enjoy 5 tea flavors corresponding to 5 different emotional states, and a creative matcha space showcasing modern matcha drinks tailored to young people's tastes. This demonstrates the Doi Dep team's multi-layered approach – preserve, create, spread – which is also the core value the Doi Dep Tea brand has pursued for many years.

The brand's strong and polished presence at the International Tea Festival - Hue 2025 shows its determination to accompany Vietnamese culture with lasting values. For Doi Dep, tea is not just a beverage, but a story, a culture and a spirit of cultural exchange. And this event is a stepping stone for the brand to continue its journey of making Vietnamese tea a symbol in the flow of world culture.
